Is it just me or does it seem like there are more girls that are vegetarian than boys?

So you read the title, and I thought of this because were talking about dietary restrictions try to choose a place to eat at, and it seemed like more than half of the girls in our group were vegetarian. Meanwhile, I think I’ve only ever met one male who was also a vegetarian. OK, so I’m gonna look it up now. Hey, so yeah apparently this is a trend all over the world, and even more with vegans. According to the AI, women account for 80% of the vegan population, and around 60 to 70% in the vegetarian population. So question answered. Also, to any vegetarians reading this, I wouldn’t eventually like to become a vegetarian, but I just don’t know how to make the switch. Can you give me any advice you have, along with any experiences you like to talk about?
